All pricing represented on this site is "professional" pricing but is also available to the general public. If you have contract or specially negotiated pricing, please call customer service to place your order.

Note: While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the pricing seen on this website, TheraTek reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Shipping Terms

TheraTek offers UPS Ground shipping or the option to pick-up your order at the Seattle warehouse.

If you chose to pick up the order at the warehouse, a $5 handling fee will be added to your invoice. A customer service rep will call when order is ready to be picked up.

* This applies to in stock items ONLY. Special orders will have an additional freight charge at time of pickup.


Please consult a doctor or therapist about needs\sizing before ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct size and product.

Call Customer Service at 1-800-858-0250 , Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. PST for a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA number). Write the number on the outside of your return shipment and send package to Thera Tek USA, 4918 Leary AVE NW, Seattle, WA 98107. All return shipping expenses are paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the RGA number.

TheraTek requires all returns to have a RGA number (Returned Goods authorization Number can be obtained from our Customer Service Department--see above)
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. After 30 days all warranty concerns will be handled directly by the manufacturer

A 25% restocking fee is charged against the price of all returned item(s) made within 30 days

All unauthorized returns are subject to an additional 15% processing fee and $10.00 administrative fee

Canceled 'Special Orders' are subject to freight charges

All returns must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition
The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item(s) when shipped back to TheraTek. Initial freight charges are not credited

If you receive merchandise as a result of a TheraTek’s error, we will pay for the return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied

Damaged Goods

If a shipment arrives damaged or the box appears damaged, it must be reported to TheraTek within 5 days of receipt (1-800-858-0250 ). Shipping damage should be noted to the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event of damaged delivery:

Indicate damage on the delivery bill and have it signed by the driver
Save the container and merchandise for TheraTek's inspection
Contact TheraTek's customer service department to have a replacement sent
