The Shuttle 2000-1 has options which can accommodate everyone from the geriatric user to the elite athletic interested in performance enhancement. It is also very effective for cardiac rehab and exercise.  The Shuttle 2000-1 provides for total body conditioning, not just lower body.  It accommodates all joints and muscle groups.  It has features for the discriminating clinician including ROM adjustment, adjustable backrest option, and a positional wobble board adapter allowing for straight-line on plane attachment. Adjusting resistance levels is merely a matter of increasing or decreasing the number of cords with no need for the patient or athletic to get off the unit.  And the use of elasticords instead of gravity allows for “overspeed plyometrics”.  These cords accelerate the unit faster than the speed of gravity enhancing especially increase jumping ability.  Increases of 3”-7” are commonplace.  Yet the forces generated are absorbed by the oversized, adjustable kickplate.  The new kickplate is height adjustable with the mere turn of a knob and the three-position seat allows for positioning the upper torso over the toes for a more functional exercise position.

FRAMES: ASTM 2" x 2" A-500 Grade B structural carbon steel tubing (11 & 7 Guage) is used on complete frames. All welds are ground down and stress tested and all tubing ends have solid steel caps welded to them.

FINISH: Units go through a thress stage, state of the art wash sytem that paralyzes the material. then they go into a dryer to dry and preheat material for applying the magnetic paint powder which then goes into a 750 degree oven. The units take 20 to 30 minutes to bake the urethane paint coating which meets all military spec and is the toughest paint finish available. Option of school colors
